It is an open source messaging platform built with React and powered by Meteor on the back-end. It provides a unified inbox for real-time internal as well as external(client facing) communication. Communication channels include in-app messaging, live chat, email, form and social media. It is a cross-platform application which supports all types of web browsers, mobile applications and operating systems.
